Taiwan's Social Welfare for Children and Juveniles

In Taiwan Yearbook 2005, published by the Government Information Office, you can find the improvement of social welfare for the children and juveniles by the government. I hope the government can do better to protect and take really good care of all the children in Taiwan. My wish is to make Taiwan a beautiful country full of children's laughters and smiles.
